The most important finding is:
"Democratic voters say 64 - 27 percent they do not want anyone to challenge President Obama for their party's nomination in 2012."

Source: http://www.quinnipiac.edu/x1295.xml?ReleaseID=1538

Nevertheless I've been sure for some time that there will be  Democratic challengers, at least through Iowa (caucus) and New Hampshire (open voting) Primaries - hence my YES response on the poll.

The Democratic Party in each state determines its own Primary qualification rules, which vary widely, especially in caucus and Open Primary states.

Its a tossup - until after Iowa/New Hampshire - whether there will be enough anti-Obama sentiment within the Democratic demographics who didn't vote for him in 2008 to prevent his getting enough pre-Convention delegates to avoid an open convention.

I think there will be a challenge.  No qualifiers.

It was reported this morning that Treasury (think) revised their outlook for employment during the next 2 years.  Interesting this only comes out "after" the Mid Term elections..

They believe unemployment will remain high (above 8%) through 2012.  This does not bode well for the 0bama administration.

That agenda of his could very well cost him the Presidency.

Assuming that unemployment remains high, I'm not sure Obama will be blamed anymore than the newly elected Congress.  Most of the winners ran on promises to cure the economic ills and create jobs.

If he isn't that will be a first.  0bama, rightly or wrongly has been blamed for the of recovery.

IMO he is only partially to blame as was his predecessor.   Presidents chart course, Congress legislates and we the people decide whether we will follow.

So far 0bama has been a big fat zero with the economy.  How many $trillion are being held in reserve by companies unwilling to invest?

GDP=Jobs.

No doubt in my mind he will be held accountable for the unemployment in 2012.

Obama is toast! Very Happy  Even the moonbats at Democratic Underground are turning on him, and getting away with it.. Ordinarily, criticism of a sitting democrat will get you banned there but they are now trashing Obama daily.

someone has been reading genrecide:

Quote:
In fact, the day he is inaugurated, in our book he goes right from the Capitol back to the Oval Office… He’s greeted by his staff in a way that you  wouldn’t believe. They wash his feet. Filipino stewards come and wash his feet and fan his smoking and blow the smoke out the White House window. I mean it’s symbolic of how everyone around Obama treats him. They treat him, as Brian said, it’s like the second coming. The one. The Messiah. This man who’s been parachuted into this country to save us from ourselves and it’s ridiculous. And the only way to handle Obama, I think is to make fun of him. Because the guy is a ridiculous creature that we have been handed by the Left.

here's more(which has nothing whatsoever to do with genrecide):

chattahbox wrote:
Fox News either can’t discern the difference between fact and fiction, or doesn’t care. But when it comes to smearing President Obama, in any event, anything goes, and any pretense of journalism goes out the window. Last week, the online website Fox Nation reposted passages from a satirical Onion story entitled “Frustrated Obama Sends Nation Rambling 75,000-Word E-Mail,” without notifying its tea party readers it was a fake story. After receiving ridicule and condemnation from the blogosphere, Fox Nation scrubbed the Onion post from its website, including the insanely vicious comments from its readers. But the dim-witted crew at Fox & Friends continued this morning to promote anti-Obama fiction, by hosting John LeBoutillier, a notorious Newsmax conspiracy theorist and birther, to spread lies and falsehoods about President Obama being born in Kenya. LeBoutillier wrote a ridiculous self-published book of fiction, entitled “The Obama Identity: A Novel (Or Is It?)” he claims has “real stuff” in it, wink, wink. Fox & Friends co-host Steve Doocy, said “it’s fiction, but a lot of the stuff sounds like it really happened.” What is some of that stuff? LeBoutillier writes that Obama has “Filipino stewards” at the White House to “wash his feet and fan his smoking.”

and the link to the article.
